Where do you ship from?
We ship from our warehouses in the UK, USA and Asia depending on where you are located and on stock levels. All customs and taxes are covered by us.

How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on where you are. Orders shipped to the United States will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

How much is shipping?

What materials are the earrings made from?
Our Crystal Clover Stud Earrings are crafted with a genuine S925 sterling silver base, finished with premium gold plating, and accented with crystals and black enamel.

Are the earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes. The sterling silver base makes them safe for sensitive ears and comfortable for everyday wear.

Do the earrings come in a gift box?
Every order is carefully packaged, and you can add a luxury gift box for $5 if you’d like to make them extra special.

What is your return policy?
